B.S. Medlock, Camp, First Arkansas Regiment, Volunteers, near Tullahoma, Tennessee, to Isabella Kirkpatrick

Medlock informs Kirkpatrick of her brother Lemuel's death following the Battle of Murfreesboro (Stone's River) and assures her that "Lemey" had prayed and found peace with the possibility of his death. SMC.87.16
